    Salary Range:
    $25-$36HR (Based on Education/Experience Level)

    Primary Purpose:
    To serve as an educator who loves to share knowledge in a way that motivates young students and influences their lives through a Christian worldview. Responsible for the spiritual, social emotional and educational growth and development of all children at Inspire Academy.

    Key Responsibilities and Duties:

    • Develop weekly plans and implement spiritually and cognitively rich curriculum (lesson plan) utilizing creative and engaging techniques to reach children with learning differences.

    • Monitoring progress and adapting lesson plans to meet students’ needs.

    • Communicate with parents when necessary regarding noteworthy achievements, academic challenges, special considerations or concerns you feel their child needs to succeed.

    • Maintain ongoing communication with parents, students, Head of School and teachers.

    • Attend in-service training, school events and fundraisers as required by the administration.

    • Serve one co-curricular assignment or committee (example Recess, Lunch duties)

    • Other duties as assigned by Secondary Leadership or Head of School.

    Required Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in field of instruction from an accredited college, university or related field.

    • 1+ years of experience in educational field or similar role.

    • Willingness to obtain ACSI certification.

    • Be a Christian role model for the children and families.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Texas Certification in subject in which applying.

    • Working with children with learning differences.

    Primary Purpose:
    To assist lead teacher as an educator who loves to share knowledge in a way that motivates young students and influences their lives through a Christian worldview. Responsible for the spiritual, social emotional and educational growth and development of all children at Inspire Academy.

    Key Responsibilities and Duties:

    • Reinforce weekly plans and help implement spiritually and cognitively rich curriculum (lesson plan) utilizing creative and engaging techniques to reach children with learning differences.

    • Monitoring progress and adapting lesson plans to meet students’ needs.

    • Communicate with parents when necessary regarding noteworthy achievements, academic challenges, special considerations or concerns you feel their child needs to succeed.

    • Help cover any co-curricular assignments or committees (example Recess, Lunch duties)

  • Department:
    Administration

    Reports to:
    Head of School

    Salary Range:
    $15-$30HR (Based on Education/Experience Level)

    Primary Purpose:

    Supports the school’s leadership effectiveness with competent service and assistance. Greets members of the public, answers questions, refers individuals to the appropriate office or individual, communicates information, and provides clerical support services. Responsible for the registration of all students. Maintains all student files and related correspondence and transfers student files and information according to procedure. Responsible for the spiritual, social emotional and educational growth and development of all children at Inspire Academy.

    Key Responsibilities and Duties:

    • Schedule appointments for administrative staff when necessary

    • Be helpful to students, parents, and staff, and frequently give direct assistance if needed.

    • Meet and great everyone with a friendly, helpful attitude when they enter the office or call on the telephone. Treat each person with respect and courtesy.

    • Handle administrative and general school correspondence.

    • Maintain daily clock/bell schedules.

    • Make phone calls on behalf of the administration as directed.

    • Ensure that parents and visitors sign in and receive a visitor badge.

    • Handle calls from prospective families inquiring about enrollment in a pleasant, accurate manner.

    • Work closely with school administration in communicating with families whose tuition payments are in arrears.

    • Attend in-service training, school events and fundraisers as required by the administration.

    • Share responsibility as a back-up for the other office staff/cafeteria manager as needed.

    • Other duties as assigned by Lead Teacher or Head of School.

    Required Qualifications:

    • Have a high school diploma or GED certificate.

    • Have organizational skills and ability to work with people, projects, and resources.

    • Demonstrate basic proficiency in computer word processing, e-mailing, and accessing the Internet.

    • Be a Christian role model for the children and families.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Have disciplined time management skills.

    • Working with children with learning differences.
